Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end People Operations strategies, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational design, performance management, and employee relations.
- Drive internal culture initiatives that improve employee engagement, retention, and DEI metrics.
- Audit and refine HR workflows to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal departments to manage payroll, compensation planning, and policy development.
- Leverage HR analytics to provide actionable insights on workforce trends and talent development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a fast-paced tech startup environment.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- Deep understanding of California and Federal employment law.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Proven track record of scaling HR operations in high-growth companies.
