Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of progressive HR policies and performance management frameworks.
- Oversee end-to-end People Operations, including benefits administration, payroll compliance, and HRIS data integrity.
- Partner with leadership to drive organizational development and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and internal communications to foster an inclusive culture.
- Analyze People Analytics to provide actionable insights for workforce planning and retention strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR operations or People Management within the tech industry.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal compliance regulations.
- Proven ability to manage HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly preferred.
