Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier global talent.
- Oversee the administration of competitive compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs.
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement performance management frameworks.
- Manage complex employee relations matters with a focus on legal compliance and conflict resolution.
- Develop and nurture an inclusive company culture through engagement programs and DEI initiatives.
- Maintain and optimize HRIS data integrity to provide actionable workforce insights.
- Guide organizational development efforts, including training, coaching, and succession planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources or People Operations.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of US labor laws, federal, and state compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and high-level negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
