Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of global HR initiatives including performance management cycles and total rewards strategies.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring a premium and high-touch onboarding and offboarding experience.
- Drive impactful diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs that measurably enhance company culture.
- Manage complex employee relations issues with empathy, legal compliance, and strategic foresight.
- Optimize the HRIS and talent tech stack to deliver data-driven insights for executive decision-making.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing HR team to support scaling operations across North America.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of scaling HR operations within a high-growth technology or professional services environment.
- Expert knowledge of New York state and federal employment laws and compliance regulations.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in leveraging HR analytics to drive organizational strategy.
- Demonstrated experience in managing remote and hybrid work cultures effectively.
