Responsibilities

- Lead global talent acquisition initiatives and refine our employer branding strategy.
- Design and implement competitive compensation, benefits, and wellness programs.
- Maintain full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture through structured DEI initiatives.
- Analyze people analytics to drive data-informed decision-making for leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced technology environment.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP certification is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in California labor laws and federal compliance.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
- Proven track record in managing HRIS implementations and optimizing HR tech stacks.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with a 'hands-on' operational mindset.
