Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of global people strategies, including compensation, benefits, and performance management.
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding to ensure a seamless experience.
- Partner with executive leadership to cultivate a culture of high engagement, belonging, and psychological safety.
- Manage HR compliance and risk mitigation across multiple jurisdictions.
- Develop and analyze HR metrics to drive evidence-based decisions regarding talent retention and organizational design.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across all departmental levels.
- Manage and mentor a small team of HR coordinators and talent specialists.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Deep understanding of US labor laws, California compliance, and benefits administration.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex employee relations issues with discretion.
- Experience with modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- SHRM-CP or SPHR certification is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
