Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with corporate business goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from seamless onboarding to strategic offboarding.
- Lead organizational design initiatives and talent development programs to drive retention.
- Manage complex employee relations cases with discretion, fairness, and legal compliance.
- Optimize HR information systems (HRIS) to provide actionable data-driven insights.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across all departments.
- Mentor junior HR staff and foster a culture of continuous professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proven expertise in employment law, labor regulations, and compliance standards within the US.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate difficult conversations with empathy.
- Proficiency with modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
- Strategic thinker with a track record of implementing innovative talent retention programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate metrics into business impact.
