Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management cycles.
- Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal corporate policies.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across all departments.
- Utilize HRIS data to generate actionable insights and improve team retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in People Operations or Generalist HR roles.
- Strong proficiency in modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- Deep knowledge of California and Federal labor laws and employment regulations.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
