Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with organizational business objectives.
- Lead organizational design initiatives to scale teams effectively during high-growth phases.
- Manage full-cycle performance management programs and professional development pathways.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to cultivate an inclusive, high-performance work culture.
- Oversee HR compliance, benefits administration, and compensation benchmarking.
- Mentor junior HR staff and act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management capacity.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Deep expertise in California employment law and global labor standards.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Proven track record of managing HRIS implementations and data-driven people analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
