Responsibilities
- Architect and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding processes for a rapidly scaling workforce.
- Oversee performance management cycles, including feedback loops, coaching, and talent mapping.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations.
- Develop and nurture a high-engagement culture through employee wellness programs and internal communications.
- Utilize HR analytics to identify turnover trends and implement retention-focused solutions.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with high levels of discretion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in HR Operations or People Business Partner roles.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Deep expertise in US labor laws and payroll compliance.
- Proven track record of managing HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable people strategies.
