Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with organizational growth targets.
- Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding and performance management.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to maintain a diverse and collaborative environment.
- Manage complex employee relations issues with high emotional intelligence and legal compliance.
- Optimize HR information systems (HRIS) and data analytics to streamline internal processes.
- Partner with department heads to facilitate workforce planning and organizational design.
- Foster a strong company culture through impactful engagement, wellness, and recognition programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Generalist roles within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven expertise in employment law, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR) and data visualization tools.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation.
- Ability to thrive in a remote or hybrid work culture with high autonomy.
