- Lead performance management initiatives, including annual reviews and continuous feedback loops.
- Oversee compensation and benefits benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.
- Champion organizational culture through employee engagement programs and DEI initiatives.
- Manage HRIS data integrity and provide actionable people analytics to executive leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal labor regulations.
- Develop and mentor junior HR staff to foster a high-performance HR team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Generalist roles within the tech industry.
- Deep understanding of US labor law and California employment regulations.
- Proven track record of scaling HR processes in a startup or high-growth company.
- Expertise in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and conflict resolution capabilities.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
