You will play a pivotal role in shaping our employer brand, optimizing HRIS workflows, and fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace environment where top-tier talent thrives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with organizational business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding and performance management to offboarding.
- Lead complex employee relations cases and provide expert guidance to management on conflict resolution.
- Optimize HR technologies and workflows to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Drive internal initiatives focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).
- Design and administer competitive total rewards and benefits programs.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in HR Operations or People Business Partner roles.
- SHRM-CP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal compliance.
- Proven track record of managing HRIS implementations (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute integrity.
