Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks that drive employee growth.
- Partner with executive leadership to refine organizational structure and workforce planning.
- Design and execute internal DEI initiatives to foster an inclusive high-performance culture.
- Oversee HRIS implementation and maintain data integrity to drive informed people analytics.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with high empathy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Generalist roles within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven expertise in employment law and labor regulations within New York State.
- Proficiency in modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data to solve organizational challenges.
