Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent strategy aligned with 2024-2025 aggressive growth objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end employee experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging journey from candidate to executive.
- Design and implement high-impact performance management systems that drive accountability and professional growth.
- Partner with department heads to provide expert coaching on leadership, conflict resolution, and team dynamics.
- Oversee total rewards and benefits administration, ensuring market-leading competitiveness in the NYC market.
- Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives that foster a truly global and inclusive workforce.
- Maintain 100% compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a high-growth tech or startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of building and scaling HR processes and cultures from the ground up.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.
- Data-driven mindset with expert proficiency in modern HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Rippling, or Greenhouse).
- Deep knowledge of New York State and City labor laws and modern workplace compliance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the C-suite level.
