Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with business growth objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end talent lifecycle, from onboarding to performance development and offboarding.
- Oversee global compensation, benefits administration, and payroll compliance.
- Spearhead organizational design initiatives and internal communication strategies.
- Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership on matters regarding employee engagement and retention.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across all departments.
- Manage HRIS data integrity and provide actionable analytics to the executive team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced technology or startup environment.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of California and federal labor laws and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to manage complex HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Gusto).
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change in a scaling organization.
