Responsibilities
- Architect and implement comprehensive HR policies that align with company goals and local labor laws.
- Lead the end-to-end talent management lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Oversee total rewards programs, including competitive compensation benchmarking and benefits administration.
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, providing coaching on organizational design and change management.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a sense of belonging across all departments.
- Utilize HRIS data to provide actionable insights into employee retention, turnover, and engagement trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP or SPHR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, preferably within the technology sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in California labor law and federal compliance requirements.
- Exceptional proficiency with modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for building scalable, automated people processes.
