Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end HR strategies including performance management, compensation planning, and total rewards.
- Lead complex employee relations cases with a focus on empathy, compliance, and resolution.
- Partner with leadership to design and execute organizational development initiatives that foster high engagement.
- Oversee global talent acquisition workflows and optimize the onboarding experience for new hires.
- Analyze HR metrics and people data to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal labor regulations across all operational regions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership capacity.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal employment regulations.
- Proven track record of scaling HR operations within a high-growth startup or enterprise environment.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Proficiency with modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
