Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute talent retention and engagement strategies.
- Oversee performance management cycles and facilitate professional development workshops.
- Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and iterate on company policies to foster an inclusive and equitable work culture.
- Analyze people metrics to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.
- Manage employee relations and resolve complex workplace conflicts with discretion and empathy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Generalist roles.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification highly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in California labor laws and federal compliance.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
