Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations or People Leadership roles.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
- Deep expertise in California employment law and compliance.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Proven track record of scaling teams in a high-growth environment.
