Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end People Operations strategies, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
- Oversee global benefits administration, ensuring competitive packages that attract and retain elite talent.
- Partner with executive leadership to refine organizational design and long-term workforce planning.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a sense of belonging and innovation.
- Manage HR compliance and reporting, ensuring adherence to labor laws across multiple jurisdictions.
- Develop and iterate on internal communication strategies to boost transparency and engagement.
- Optimize HRIS workflows to automate administrative tasks and enhance data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP or SPHR certification preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in HR operations or People Ops within a scaling startup or enterprise environment.
- Proven expertise in managing HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
- Deep knowledge of California and Federal employment law and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR roadmaps.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage people analytics to drive decision-making.
