Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with business goals and organizational growth.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership on organizational design, compensation planning, and succession strategies.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws and update internal policies as required.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a welcoming and high-performing workplace culture.
- Analyze HR metrics and employee engagement data to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Lead conflict resolution efforts and provide guidance on complex employee relations matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP or SPHR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in HR generalist or business partner roles within a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal compliance regulations.
- Proven experience in implementing HRIS platforms and optimizing HR workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in data-driven decision making.
