Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding workflows to ensure seamless integration.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management cycles.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to foster internal growth and leadership potential.
- Analyze people data to provide actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal labor regulations.
- Develop and modernize compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in HR/People Operations roles.
- Proven expertise in scaling HR operations within a high-growth startup or enterprise environment.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal employment regulations.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
- PHR or SPHR certification is highly preferred.
