Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with business growth objectives.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and retention initiatives to build top-tier teams.
- Oversee performance management, compensation planning, and professional development programs.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and internal company policies.
- Champion organizational culture initiatives, including D&I programs and employee engagement surveys.
- Manage HRIS data integrity and provide actionable insights through analytics and reporting.
- Partner with department heads to coach on leadership, conflict resolution, and change management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in HR Operations or People Strategy.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification is highly preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing full-cycle recruitment and complex employee relations cases.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
- Deep understanding of US employment law, benefits administration, and payroll regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and executive-level presentation skills.
