Responsibilities

- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and talent development to offboarding.
- Manage complex employee relations issues with a focus on coaching, mediation, and resolution.
- Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Lead organizational design initiatives and performance management cycles.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Analyze people data to provide actionable insights for leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in People Operations or HR Business Partner roles.
- SHRM-CP or SPHR certification highly preferred.
- Deep expertise in US labor regulations and employment law.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change management.
- Excellent communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Strong proficiency with modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
