Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive talent strategies that foster inclusion and high performance.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a premium experience.
- Manage complex employee relations cases and provide expert guidance to senior leadership.
- Drive organizational development initiatives, including performance management cycles and compensation benchmarking.
- Modernize HR technology stacks and automate processes to increase operational efficiency.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs to ensure an equitable workplace culture.
- Analyze people analytics and provide data-driven insights to influence executive decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources or People Operations.
- Proven track record of scaling HR operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of US labor laws, compliance standards, and benefits administration.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
- Experience implementing and managing HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly preferred.
