Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with long-term company goals and foster a high-performance culture.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, professional development, and offboarding processes.
- Partner with executive leadership to refine total rewards, compensation benchmarking, and benefits administration.
- Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization to ensure a representative and inclusive workspace.
- Implement and manage HRIS systems to streamline operations and ensure rigorous data integrity and compliance.
- Lead employee relations investigations and provide expert coaching to managers on complex personnel issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership capacity.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is strongly preferred.
- Deep expertise in California labor laws and federal employment regulations.
- Proven track record of building HR infrastructure in a scaling technology or professional services firm.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with modern HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, or BambooHR).
