Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a world-class experience.
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks that align individual goals with corporate objectives.
- Partner with leadership to drive organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration to maintain market competitiveness.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across all departments.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and internal policies.
- Analyze people analytics and provide actionable insights to drive retention and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in HR operations or HRBP roles within a fast-paced environment.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification is highly preferred.
- Expertise in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR) and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Deep knowledge of California and US labor regulations.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted partnerships at the executive level.
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
