Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end People Operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks that drive growth and accountability.
- Partner with leadership to refine organizational design and headcount planning.
- Cultivate a high-engagement, D&I-focused company culture that attracts and retains top-tier talent.
- Maintain full compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and employment regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to executive management.
- Oversee the modernization of HRIS systems to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a fast-paced tech or scaling environment.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification highly preferred.
- Deep expertise in California labor law and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR.
