Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with company growth goals.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding processes for high-impact roles.
- Optimize HRIS workflows to automate administrative tasks and enhance data accuracy.
- Partner with department heads to resolve employee relations issues and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits frameworks.
- Manage performance appraisal cycles and provide training for management on feedback delivery.
- Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in HR Operations or Business Partner roles.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Deep expertise in US labor law and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record of scaling HR operations in a startup or high-growth tech environment.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency with modern HRIS platforms like Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling.
