Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports business objectives and drives organizational growth.
- Lead the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
- Manage complex employee relations issues and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance and fair treatment.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to cultivate a supportive and inclusive workplace.
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure strict adherence to UK employment law and internal policies.
- Partner with department heads to assess training needs and implement professional development programs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or People & Culture Manager within a corporate environment (5+ years).
- Professional qualification in HR (CIPD Level 5 or equivalent) is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law, HR regulations, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
