Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive HR and People Strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, partnering with recruitment agencies to ensure high-quality hires.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
- Manage performance management cycles and succession planning.
- Ensure full compliance with UK employment law and industry regulations.
- Cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Utilize HR analytics to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior management role.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and best practices.
- Proven track record of implementing successful change management initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) is highly desirable.
