Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies that align with business objectives and drive efficiency.
- Analyze current processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for automation.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of operations professionals.
- Manage the annual operational budget, ensuring cost control and resource optimization.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless integration across all business functions.
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best value for the company.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure operational success and report performance metrics to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Proven track record of process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- PMP or Six Sigma certification is a strong plus.
