Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, or related field
- 7+ years progressive operations management experience
- Expertise in Six Sigma or Lean certification required
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
