Qualifications

- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or PMP designation required
- Proven track record scaling operations across multiple geographies
- Advanced analytics skills (SQL, Power BI) for process optimization
- Strong negotiation skills with Fortune 500 vendor partnerships
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing principles
