Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable operational workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Oversee KPI monitoring and data-driven decision making across logistics, procurement, and fulfillment
- Manage cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals in daily operations and project execution
- Collaborate with C-suite to align operational strategies with business objectives
- Conduct vendor negotiations and contract management for key operational partners
- Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations management with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in supply chain optimization, inventory management, and process automation
- Proven track record implementing ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and change management abilities
- Experience in high-growth tech or e-commerce environments
