Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor scalable operational workflows for global supply chain and logistics
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute process optimization initiatives reducing costs by 15%+ annually
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics to track operational efficiency and SLA compliance
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for critical operational services
- Oversee inventory management systems and demand forecasting models
- Coordinate disaster recovery protocols and business continuity planning
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations management with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and logistics software (JDA/Manugistics)
- Proven track record of optimizing complex operational processes
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost analysis
- Professional certifications (CPIM, Six Sigma Black Belt) highly valued
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
