- Lead cross-functional teams in executing Lean Six Sigma projects across 3+ departments
- Develop data-driven KPIs and dashboards to track performance metrics in real-time
- Oversee supply chain logistics and vendor management with $2M+ annual budget
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using AI-powered analytics tools
- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic planning and operational scaling
- Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation across all operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations leadership with P&L responsibility
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt certification required)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and process automation tools
- Proven track record scaling operations in high-growth environments
- Exceptional data analysis skills with SQL and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
