Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end operational workflows across fulfillment, inventory, and distribution channels
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate strategic partnerships
- Oversee annual budget planning and cost optimization strategies
- Develop crisis management protocols and ensure business continuity
- Mentor operations team members through performance coaching and development plans
- Drive digital transformation projects including ERP system implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations leadership with 3+ managing teams
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt certification required)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth tech or e-commerce environments
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making mindset
