- Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic operational initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for critical supply chains
- Develop KPI dashboards and analyze performance metrics for continuous optimization
- Oversee compliance with ISO 9001 and OSHA regulations across facilities
- Coordinate disaster recovery plans ensuring 99.9% operational uptime
- Mentor junior staff and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 8+ years in operations management with 3+ in tech/manufacturing
- Proven track record implementing LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or PMP preferred
- Experience scaling operations across multi-site international operations
- Strong financial acumen with budget management $5M+
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Operations/Business/Engineering required
