The Opportunity: Senior Operations Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality across the organization.
- Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering growth and professional development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement of necessary resources.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing operational improvements and scaling processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience managing and developing teams.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and operational software/tools.
- Experience with budget management and financial forecasting related to operational expenditures.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or similar operational excellence methodologies is a plus.
