Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize operational strategies and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity across departments.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance.
- Oversee project management for key operational initiatives, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Analyze performance metrics and data to identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and finance teams to align operational goals with overall business objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully optimizing complex operational processes and driving significant efficiency gains.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team building, coaching, and performance management.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with modern ERP systems, project management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana), and CRM platforms.
