Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize operational workflows across procurement, logistics, and customer support teams
- Analyze KPIs and financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance service delivery and reduce operational friction
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal service levels
- Develop and mentor a team of 8-10 operations specialists through performance coaching and career development
- Overhaul inventory management systems to reduce waste by 25% while improving fulfillment speed
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma) across all operational functions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in operations management with 3+ years in SaaS or tech environments
- Proven track record of scaling operations for high-growth companies (Series B+ preferred)
- Expertise in process automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Airtable, ServiceNow)
- Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL and BI platforms
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP strongly preferred
- Exceptional leadership experience with demonstrated team-building capabilities
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost analysis
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with minimal oversight
