- Overhaul compliance frameworks for ISO 9001 and SOC 2 certification readiness
- Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events and Six Sigma initiatives
- Manage $50M+ operational budgets with ROI-focused capital allocation
- Forge strategic vendor partnerships for scalable infrastructure solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in operations management with 5+ years in logistics/supply chain
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent process expertise
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs through automation
- Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and WMS platforms
- Experience managing distributed teams across 3+ time zones
- Expert in data visualization (Power BI/Tableau) for operational KPIs
- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or MBA preferred
