Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end operational strategies across 5+ international locations
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Oversee supply chain logistics, inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Manage $15M+ operational budgets with rigorous cost-control measures
- Drive digital transformation projects including ERP system implementations
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and SOC 2 standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations leadership
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt certification required)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Experience managing international teams and cross-border operations
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, matrixed environments
