Qualifications
- 8+ years in operations management with 3PL or e-commerce experience
- Expertise in Six Sigma/Lean methodologies and process mapping
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Strong analytical skills with financial modeling capabilities
- Experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones
