Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, logistics, and distribution
- Develop and implement scalable operational processes using lean methodology and Six Sigma principles
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs for cost reduction, efficiency, and delivery excellence
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate strategic partnerships
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards
- Drive digital transformation initiatives including WMS/TMS system implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive operations management experience in logistics/supply chain
- Proven track record of optimizing complex distribution networks
- Certification in Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing 15+ direct reports
- Experience with international trade compliance and cross-border operations
