Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, warehouse logistics, and last-mile delivery
- Develop and implement KPI frameworks to measure operational efficiency and cost reduction
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve delivery accuracy and reduce order fulfillment time
- Analyze operational data using Tableau/Power BI to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for transportation and warehousing services
- Mentor operations supervisors and develop continuous improvement training programs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and ISO 9001 standards
Qualifications
- 8+ years in operations management with 3+ years in logistics/supply chain
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Expertise in WMS/TMS implementation and process automation
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
- PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
- Experience managing teams of 15+ in unionized environments
- Deep understanding of 3PL models and reverse logistics processes
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
