- Process Optimization: Analyze current workflows and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the operations budget effectively, monitoring expenses and forecasting financial requirements.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy.
- KPI Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate detailed reports to drive data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a strong plus.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders.
