Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive operations management in logistics/tech sector
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required
- Expertise in WMS/TMS implementations (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Proven track record scaling operations 200%+ in 3-year periods
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI/Tableau for operational analytics
- Strong OSHA/FDA compliance background in regulated environments
